Cancellations can only be made before Juveness delivers the product to the courier, otherwise it´s not possible to make a cancellation since the merchandise is already on it´s way.
If the package is not sent or collected by the Courier Company, the customer must contact Juveness through our phone lines open from monday to friday from 9:00 to 18:00 hours to request cancellation. The cancellation and refund must be reflected within a maximum period of 5 business days.
The customer may request the exchange of their merchandise or the return of their money, when the products in question arrive damaged. The client must make the notification within the first 24 to 72 hours after receiving his package to our service telephone numbers or by sending an email to quejas@juveness.com
To proceed with the refund or exchange it´s necessary to return the damaged product, presenting the original ticket purchase or bill, once we have these elements will be evaluated person to the specialist.
Returns or refunds is subject to time which receive evidence. The time of investigation and analysis of what happened, will not exceed 5 business days, during these days, our staff may contact the client to inform him if the return is appropriate or not.
Returns or refunds are inadmissible if:
The bottle does not match the lot number from which it was shipped.
The product formula is altered.
If more than 15% of the product was consumed.
Our products can cause an allergic reaction, it´s the responsibility of the consumer to use the products. It is important to read the precautionary legends, the instructions for use and the ingredients.
