ORDERING METHODS, PRICES AND INFORMATION ON PRODUCTS.
Users have the possibility to place all their orders by calling our contact numbers or from the page www.juveness.com
Each Juveness user declares that they have full capacity to use debit or credit cards and that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs derived from the purchase of products through Juveness.
When confirming the purchase by phone or on our website and pressing “Pay” or “Buy” button during the purchase process, the user declares to fully and unreservedly accept all of these general conditions of sale.
The data recorded by Juveness constitutes proof of the transactions made between Juveness and it´s clients. Juveness will confirm your order via email. The contractual information is presented in Spanish and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of delivery.
All taxes are included in the prices of our products, but do not include shipping costs. Although Juveness reserves the right to modify it´s prices at any time, the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration (subject to the availability of the product).
When making a purchase at Juveness, the user or customer declares that they have read and understood all the information regarding the products purchased. This information is found on the page of each product, and includes from the general description of the operation or characteristics thereof, to technical details of use and maintenance of the product for it´s correct operation.

Juveness will do everything possible to satisfy all its customers in the demand for the products. In case of unavailability of the product, after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email of the cancellation of the order.
As a result of this demand, the speed of the return in the client’s bank account will be subject to the payment method, the bank card and the conditions of each bank. These deadlines are specified in the “Delivery” clause.
PAYPurchases can be made by bank card (credit and debit cards VISA or MasterCard), PayPal, Bank deposit or transfer OXXO .
The purchase price will be charged to the customer’s bank account, within a period of 1 day from the day of the order and this will be considered effective after the confirmation of the bank payment centers.
In the event that the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) reports a denial of the card, the order will be automatically canceled, informing the customer of said cancellation online.
Juveness reserves the right to request official documents from its customers, as a means of validating the process of purchasing products through its website and Telephone Sales.
