Our success is based on honesty, results orientation and teamwork, which result in trust in the company and in those of us who are part of it. Our Code of Ethics adheres to the laws and regulations where we operate and applies to all personnel, as well as to all of our business relationships.
We have an email of complaints and suggestions that establishes immediate communication with the General Management, in case there is pressure to violate the current legislation that addresses the company’s processes, internal policies, the Code of Ethics, even if some are observed concerning the situation, communicating it´s a good way, so we encourage you to report your concerns in the following email and phone number.

The ESR® Distinctive is a recognition awarded annually in Mexico by the Centro Mexicano para la Filantropía (Cemefi) and AliaRSE.
This distinctive accredits the companies to their employees, investors, clients, authorities and society in general, as an organization voluntarily and publicly committed to socially responsible management as part of their culture and business strategy.
The ESR® Distinctive is not a one-time commitment, but must be endorsed year after year to maintain the culture of social responsibility.
